Retail runs on more than a storefront. The storefront has to convert, the operations behind it have to capture every order and lead without manual steps, and increasingly the products have to be discoverable inside AI answer engines where buyers now ask for recommendations. Knovik works across all three layers: storefront engineering on Shopify and WooCommerce, purpose-built ops tools like the native Android call logger we shipped for retail brand Badu Deal's hotline team, and answer engine optimization through our Answee integration work.
