By accessing and using the website and services provided by Knivok Private Limited / Knivok LLC (collectively "Knovik", "we", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Knovik provides AI-powered marketing automation, workplace analytics, and digital transformation solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Knovik and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Agentic AI frameworks and proprietary models are the sole property of Knovik.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any of our AI models.
• Use our services to generate harmful or malicious content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Knovik, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sri Lanka and applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
