I founded AIHR, the AI for HR Academy of Sri Lanka, as a sub-organization of Knovik — free training on using AI in HR, plus three shipped products (AIHR Recruiter, OneApply, Pocket Recruiter) that put the same on-device and privacy-first principles into practice for other recruiters.
