a Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects within the organization. They will work closely with project managers, team members and other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate and organize multiple projects and stakeholders, ability to work well under pressure, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    • Experience with project management software
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in a similar role is preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or related field is a plus
    • Coordinate project activities and schedules
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
    • Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
    • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
    • Maintain project documentation and records
    • Assist with budget tracking and cost management
    • Provide administrative support to project managers
